  • Position Overview:
    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children. Pay is based on the State Minimum wage and go up based on education and experience. Hours may vary up to 40 hours a week depending on the need of the employee and availability by employer. Flexible hours are available within the 7:30 am - 6 pm range, including opportunities during the summer months. A maximum ratio of 1 teacher to 1-6 students in each classroom.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Work collaboratively with our school age program, participating in field trips and activities.
    • Engage with our preschool daycare program, with responsibilities varying weekly.
    • Teach across all domains, including but not limited to, art, science, and motor skills development.
    • Lead small groups of children in lessons prepared by the lead teacher.
    • Assist with meal prep, clean-up, and other daily tasks.
    • Demonstrate a hands-on teaching style and a commitment to providing the best education possible
    Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    • Background check, fingerprints, TB test, 30-hour STARS training, CPR/First Aid/BBP certification, and food handlers card required after hire.
    • COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory; however, our staff must comply with state-mandated vaccinations, except in cases of religious exemption.
    • Professional appearance that is "mom approved."
    Hours & Flexibility:
    • 20-40 hours per week, with potential for more.
    • Flexibility is essential, as hours and shifts may vary weekly.
